Overview
BlueprintPress gives an architecture or engineering studio a website that reads as considered, tactile, and confident — a charcoal-and-terracotta palette, editorial Newsreader headlines, and a blueprint-drawn hero, with the portfolio doing the talking. A hybrid Gutenberg theme, not a page-builder starter.
Everything a studio needs is modeled in native WordPress: projects, sectors, studio members, journal entries, and locations as first-class content types with shared taxonomies — no ACF, no Elementor, no third-party form plugin.
The portfolio is the centrepiece — project detail pages carry location, scope, year, and sector — supported by a sectors grid, a studio directory, an editorial journal, and a native, validated start-a-project enquiry form.
Blueprint-drawn hero
A hand-built architectural hero — elevation, compass rose, and terracotta section lines — no stock photography needed.
Native project enquiry
A start-a-project form with real validation, an error summary, and a success state, with zero sensitive fields.
Self-hosted fonts
Newsreader, Source Sans 3, and IBM Plex Mono served locally — zero Google-CDN calls, GDPR-friendly.
Project detail architecture
Each project carries location, scope, year, and sector in a structured facts block, with related work.
Accessible & translation-ready
WCAG 2.2 AA intent throughout, every string internationalized, escaped output and sanitized input.
